PaymentsWhat types of payment do you accept?
I accept PayPal, Debit/Credit Card and Check or Money Order payments. If you choose to mail your payment, your order will not be shipped until the payment arrives.
I want to mail my payment, but I don't want to delay my shipment. What can I do?
If you prefer to pay by mail, you can purchase a Gift Certificate and mail your payment. When your check arrives, I will set up a Gift Certificate on your account for the amount of your payment. That way, your funds are available immediately when you are ready to order coupons.
ScheduleWhen do you add your new coupons?
Coupons are added at 3pm on the Monday following the insert date. More are typically added at 3pm on Tuesday. (Very rarely my initial shipment doesn't make it until Tuesday.)
When will my coupons be shipped?
Your coupons will be shipped same day if the order is placed before 3pm (PST). After 3pm it will be shipped the next business day. I do not ship on Saturdays, so orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday. (See the Shipping section for more information.)
Can you alert my when an out of stock coupon is available?
I try to have new coupon listings available the day the inserts come out. At that time they have "0" inventory. If you want to receive an e-mail when they are stocked, click on the "Notify Me When Stock is Available" link and enter your e-mail address. You will be automatically alerted when new inventory arrives. This also works on older coupons that are out of stock, though I don't always re-stock them.

What shipping provider do you use?
I only ship via the US Postal Service.
Can I have my order shipped more quickly than First Class Mail?
Yes, we offer the following USPS services:
First Class Mail ($.44), First Class Mail with Tracking Number ($1.00), Priority Mail ($4.95), and Overnight Mail ($17.95). Please check the shipping page for more information.
Is there a cut-off time for Overnight Mail?
Overnight mail must be at the Post Office by early afternoon, so I can only offer this service before 11am (PST). Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the following day, resulting in 2-day shipping instead of 1-day shipping. If you would like to ship Overnight, please feel free to contact me to double check your shipping date.
Pre-OrdersWhat is a Pre-Order?
I tend to run out of the most popular coupons very quickly, so If you are worried about not catching a particularly popular coupon before it's sold out you can e-mail me a request to pre-order those coupons. For more details, please consult the Pre-Order page.
OrdersIs there an order minimum on your site?
Yes, there is a minimum order requirement of $2.00.
