I ship from Washington State (Seattle area).
PaymentsWhat types of payment do you accept?
I accept PayPal, Debit/Credit Card and Check or Money Order payments. If you choose to mail your payment, your order will not be shipped until the payment arrives. PayPal "eCheck" payments also take a few days to clear and your order will not ship until it clears. (ECheck = payment comes directly out of your bank account.)
I want to mail my payment, but I don't want to delay my shipment. What can I do?
If you prefer to pay by mail, you can purchase a Gift Certificate and mail your payment. When your check arrives, I will set up a Gift Certificate on your account for the amount of your payment. That way, your funds are available immediately when you are ready to order coupons.
ScheduleWhen do you add your new coupons?
I try to have the newest coupons available as soon as possible after I receive them. See the home page for an announcement about this week's insert listing time.
When will my coupons be shipped?
First Class Mail shipments will be shipped on the day listed on the Current First Class Shipping Time in the yellow box on the right.
Priority Mail shipments will be shipped same day if placed before 3pm (PST).
Overnight Mail shipments will be shipped same day if placed before 11am (PST).
I do not ship on Saturday, so Friday at 3pm is the last cut-off time for the week.
Can you alert my when an out of stock coupon is available?
If you want to receive an e-mail when an out of stock coupon is back in stocked, click on the "Notify Me When Stock is Available" link and enter your e-mail address. You will be automatically alerted when new inventory arrives. (NOTE: Everyone who signs up for this service receives the same email at the same time. The more popular coupons may be out of stock again if you aren't quick.)

What shipping provider do you use?
I only ship via the US Postal Service.
Can I have my order shipped more quickly than First Class Mail?
Yes, we offer the following USPS services:
First Class Mail ($.60), First Class Mail with Tracking Number ($1.50), Priority Mail ($4.95), and Overnight Mail ($18.30). Please check the "shipping" page for more information.
Is there a cut-off time for Overnight Mail?
Overnight mail must be at the Post Office by early afternoon, so I can only offer this service before 11am (PST). Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the following day, resulting in 2-day shipping instead of 1-day shipping. If you would like to ship Overnight, please feel free to contact me to double check your shipping date.

Yes, there is a minimum order requirement of $2.00.
